Gracie Prasanson has over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry. She has spent the last 20 years in catering and sales with Jason's Deli. In her tenure she developed the Sales Department from the ground up, implemented sales training processes, CRM company rollout and managed a sales team of over 50 members. As Director of Sales she oversees the off premise growth for a brand with 289 locations and an average volume of 2.5 million. Gracie is currently serving on the Off Premise Industry Council.
