Elyse has over 25 years of professional leadership experience in catering, event sales and operations. In her previous tenure with Einstein Bagels and Caribou Coffee, she operationally designed and launched the AmazonFresh Sales platform to expand catering distribution and managed catering sales for 42 units. She joined The Kitchen Restaurant Group in October of 2018, where she developed the National Catering program for Next Door American Eatery from the ground up. She is passionate about creating alternative methods of off-premise sales and distribution by creatively exploring and leveraging third party relationships.
