In 2016, Risa Rappaport joined Firehouse Subs as the director of catering. In December 2018, her role expanded and now she serves as the director of off-premise operations. In addition to being responsible for building the brand’s catering sales, she now also leads the charge in all off-premise operations. At Firehouse Subs, Risa has developed processes and procedures implemented system wide to assist franchisees in executing flawless off-premise dining with heartfelt service.
Prior to Firehouse Subs, Risa worked for brands such as Red Lobster, La Madeleine, and TGI Fridays and has more than 40 years’ experience in food service operations.
