CaterUp 2020 FAQs

Why did you cancel CaterUp 2020?

Coronavirus has disrupted everything, particularly our foodservice industry, and fall 2020 just isn’t the right time to gather together for CaterUp. We’re really disappointed, but we need to cancel CaterUp for this year.

Will my passes be refunded?

Yes. We will refund what you paid for your pass. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment -- it could take a few days to process. The delay in receiving your refund depends on how it is processed by your credit card or banking provider. If we are unable to refund your ticket to your original form of payment, we will reach out to you and send your refund via check.

Are you going to host CaterUp in 2021?

Much like everyone right now, our plans for 2021 are up in the air. We will gather this community together, either virtually or in person, as soon as we feel the timing is right.

Will ezCater reimburse me for my flight?

We are unable to offer refunds for airfare. Please reach out to the airline directly. Many airlines are accomodating cancellations and changes with no fee when it's for a coronavirus-related reason.

Can I still go to San Diego and use the discounted hotel rate?

We have cancelled all InterContinental San Diego hotel reservations for CaterUp, so you will not be able to use the discounted hotel rate April 22-24, 2020.
